I have a lot of this coin now and will pay dev donations and other bounties for a while. Some of the chao s I bought are commited to another project but at this point I'll say tentatively if the wallet works then the rest of the premine to vlad9, then I'll try to offer the same amount again as bounties for other work.

There wasn't really a premine, but it was off grid for a while so a person could call that ninja or stealth or premine though in this case it was not that.
