so. recently poloniex froze my account because i linked someone to localbitcoins.com in the troll box.
i was frozen for 13 days before support got back to me. once my account was unfrozen i sent an etc deposit which never showed up and my btc withdraw has been waiting approval for 6 days.
so as you can imagine i was pretty pissed. i submitted a support ticket and had no reply so after a bit of digging about i found this e.mail
tristan@poloniex.com i sent an e.mail directly to that and about 10 mins later i get signed out of poloniex. i go to sign back in again and get

What happened?
The owner of this website (poloniex.com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website.
all i want to do is withdraw my funds and leave the exchange for good as support has been well... near none existent recently and i do not feel safe in the current state of support backlog.
and it has been 7 hours passed but I have not got any response from him, I've been complaining about this problem in trollbox, twitter and email but all I do is useless.
If this problem is resolved I will withdraw all the balances I keep in poloniex and I will not use poloniex anymore. damn!
