maybe they sent your withdrawal with less gas price. all transactiions are automatic on liqui. So i think the only possible reason could be less gas.

so what happens when you send without gas price?
comes back to liqui account?

You can send any transaction with 0 gas price. I will take some days/weeks to confirm/transfer between ethereum addresses.
till the tx confirms , balance will appear in senders account only. and you cannot see the tx on blockchain explorer.
