1. Yes, that is the newest wallet.
2. Until devs fix the massive orphan flaws you're going to have that issue (with a 3rd node, I managed to get my orphans "down to" 36% for 100TH).
3. a) I believe iSpace still has a DEM pool open. Tbh, what you're going to look for in a pool is going to be dependent on your hashrate.
