Of course this is not real hashrate for RX480. Probably you modified bios/clocks too much and now that card is crazy.

Actually it is the same bios and same setting for over a month , may be a windows update made it crazy like this! Just wondering why there no errors and even hwinfo don`t detect gpu errors! Very strange?

one thing you may want to edit out your TV number as someone can possible use that to try to log into your pc.. altho they would have to guess the random password..

another thing, aside what the software says, what does the pool say your hash rate is? its probably just reporting wrong and mining the same speed as the other cards.
