I explained that the bitcoin were refunded to their outgoing address, which in their 'policy' says that the outgoing addresses aren't connected to my account, so if a refund were to be sent there, they wouldn't know if it's for my account.

I still have the Letter of Guarantee from Bitmixer, if that helps.

You should ask Bitmixer the transaction id of the refund process they made to the Localbitcoin address only if they don't show it to you. Then make it as a proof to explain to LBC what happens that as you said earlier that bitmixer will send the refund to the first btc address (if there are many input senders).

From the very beginning it's your fault, why you send less than the minimum required, you should always copy paste not just manually typing if its an amount to be send or an address.

No they haven't shown me the trans id of the refund process to LBC. I'mma ask for it now.

Bitmixer replied asking for the Letter of guarantee. I attached it and sent it to them, so now awaiting a reply.

I know it's my fault, I completely forgot about the minimum requirement. Sad
