ICO was very fair. In the rich list you have exchanges and people who took the RISK of investing while everyone was saying that Spectre was a scam. I'm wasn't shitting on the Spectre, I actually really like it. I was just pointing out the coin's distribution. I personally bought in 3k satoshi and again at 10k satoshi because I see the large potential of this coin.
