If you think about it, you will need to confirm that you are the owner of the account BTC, and it is not possible, the owner of the accounts poloniex ... it turns out that the applicant is only a stock exchange.

Poloniex will claim of course but then they will credit the respective amounts on their users' accounts

Whether they have any rules regarding btc being on lending or locked in orders is entirly up to Poloniex admins. Nobody else could know unless they ahe already stated their intentions.

The logical thing is that it should not matter, unless they would like to see reduced traffic on the day of the stellar snapshot
