Sir, the first address is a coins.ph wallet and signing a message is a feature that is not yet available. While the second address I posted, I have followed the tutorial shorena made and posted a signed message on shorena's thread.

3KspKgdjq8wqH2ia173EhboRHugk436gjK is a multisig address. You can't sign a message with it.
