When we are not addicted to gambling, there is no guarantee we will always win every game we play, but I think, if we are not addicted, there is a guarantee for us not to lose more than those who are addicted. We can still control ourselves when it's lost, but the addicted tend to get out of control when losing and it's hard to stop.

i think addiction do not have any concern with your winning or losing, if you are addicted it mean that you find it hard to stop or quit gambling, in fact there are so many addicted people who are really making good money form gambling, a lot of people are losing money in gambling and they still continue playing gambling because they are addicted to gambling and they find it really hard to stop playing gambling, but the are welling to continue playing it.
