What are the peoples thoughts on masternodes and POS for PizzaCoin?

We want to make these decisions now before getting listed on more exchanges.

For the team will there be a slack channel?
On the POS topic I think it best leaving it as POW, with segwit , this would be used to buy pizzas it won't make sense to have it inflationary as the coin is essentially a commodity e.g"1 pizzacoin=1pizza " then we could go from there, inflating it would lose it purpose , this is just my thought

No one disagreed with the notion that the market decides the price and you missed the "e.g" it means, for example, hypothetically speaking and I was indicating on the idea that pizza coins utility it best used to buy pizzas.
