The delay has nothing to do with the mixer service. If you are not informed about the scaling issues and the spam attacks on the network, then you might have missed something that explained these delays. The whole Bitcoin community is affected by this problem. Mixer services receive coins, mix coins, and has to send them out again. During this process, when the network is congested, the process takes much longer than before, if low miners fees are paid.
