I dont win at all because when I win, I will keep playing and in the end Im going to lose everything. Yes, me too. As long as we never deposit more than we can afford to lose that's really not a big problem for us when we lose it. This is similar to going to a movie: you know that you will "lose" $10 but you are totally okay with that.

Guys, please be reasonable - set limits for your gambling activities! Do you want some profits? Then act like you mean it.
Setting reasonable goals for every gambling session, for example, you stop every time when you manage to win additional 20% of your initial bankroll.
Set hard rules - never gamble with more money you initially had, lack of restrainment is the main reason behind 'I always lose it all' syndrome.

Do you think that a gambler is able to control his Excitement or dependence on those same games? It seems to me that this is very difficult and almost impossible.
