No, not yet.

Two things need to happen first:

it needs to mature - get 100 confirms
After #1, then payout won't (normally) happen until the next block is found.

Well the transactions do go out (usually) 1 minute after the block switches to 'Matured' state
(they can't go out any earlier - that's the rules of Bitcoin)

However, creating a transaction on Bitcoin doesn't necessarily mean others will see it, and doesn't mean it's in anyone's wallet.
The next step is for the transaction to be confirmed - by being in a block.
Once it's in a block, then everyone will be able to see it if they want to see it.

When I send out the transaction you can probably already see it on some of the blockchain sites e.g. blocktrail
On the Account->Payments page, clicking on the BTCx links (the last one there) might show it, if blocktrail has it in their mempool, before it's confirmed.
... I just added the last pool coinbase address - seems I didn't put it there last time I changed it - but you can always see it by looking at our last block.
