In fact, it was on its way but we didn't manage to finish negotiations in time, so no, now we don't use an escrow.
As for icotracker, we've contacted them too to ask for an explanation, they didn't even rate us.

Initially I was hesitant to follow the signature campaign program because I heard this ico was identified scam by icotracker. But I am happy to hear dev answer this issue and hopefully this issue can be resolved soon and I hope ico runs smoothly
