Note: rig with 5x1050ti and 1x1070 worked stable for a short period of time once I bumped up the power limit (by 10) and then thread exited with errors and whole rig crashed.

My guess is that you are using a global powerlimit that previously was within the acceptable range for the 1050tis and after bumping it up by 10 was out of their range.

When you attempt to set a powerlimit above or below the GPUs accepted range; no powerlimit is implemented.

I would either use individual powerlimits or not exceed the max powerlimit for the 1050tis.
