Here's how you can think about this so it's not quite so confusing:
Patientory is a SaaS tool.
Like any other SaaS tool, healthcare organizations pay a certain amount to use it.
PTOY tokens are included in that amount they pay.

So yes, you're correct. But only from a certain point of view. You're not about to see major hospital organizations buying and selling PTOY on Bittrex or some other exchange. Their tokens are included in what they pay to us to setup the nodes and administrate the service.
