So you should join the bounty program, that's a good way to earn bounties coins, after the ICO is end, you can sold them on the markets and of course, a lot of people are earning a lot of Bitcoin because of Bounty programs.

I do not think it's easy to follow a bounty program, because it requires good knowledge in the crypto world to start posting in Bitcointalk forums so you are not considered spamer by campaign manager. If you already know a lot about it maybe you can join in the ICO project.
