My guess is that 50% of the coins in maintenance have a dead network.. The other 50% need desperate attention though.. Maybe it's time to teach your moderators how to stop/addnodes/start a daemon Blacksmith

In the case of Pesobit, it's complete negligence on their part. The Pesobit network has been very alive since the beginning with many nodes https://chainz.cryptoid.info/psb/#!network.
The problem we had is a hard fork 7 months ago, and they never updated to the new fork. Pesobit now trades at C-Cex with nice volume every day,because hey updated to new fork.
We warned Yobit countless times about this, not even one answer. I mean come on - coins have hard forks from time to time, it's not unusual. Now a few people are stuck with coin here, at Yobit.
Yeah. That sucks. Maybe YoBit can clarify which support method is best . Here are my results so far:
Free (8-14 business days) - 0 btc <===== no response in 3 weeks
Premium (5-7 business days) - 0.2 btc <===== no response in 3 weeks
Exclusive (2-4 business days) - 0.5 btc <===== I figured I would probably waste money here, so haven't done
