it said like or share, so if i liked the post, i dont need to share it again? or if shared the post, i dont need to like it again?

Just to be on the safer side i would suggest you to do both because that's what i am doing.

You need not be very very particular on the rules. Yes, to be on the safer side, do both as I suspect everyone is doing so like that.
