Nothing is postponed. App is still scheduled to launch on Aug 31, just as it was right from the start. Please refer to the whitepaper.

You are doing everything right but why you are delaying the bounties, is there any specific reason behind it because already the price of MCO is reducing in the exchanges due to dumping from the bounties may be. But it is going to be exciting once all bounty hunters dump the coin.
