Yes you are right that time is not to sell your bitcoin because its price will soon hit $3000 and I think its time is to buy more bitcoin, hold to till $3000 and if its price will hit to $3000 then if you sell or more hold, but still now didn't sell btc, yes its also my personally opinion that after segwit its price will low for short time but after its price will start to going to increase and then enjoy its price.
