Windows? I dont think it will pass 8 cards, or more on Windows Enterprise...

Unless you are CPU mining, I would go for cheapest Celeron or entry level Pentium or i3.
Looking at the reviews of TB250 and H110 12/13 slotters -- you need more RAM to get the rig working properly not so much the CPU power.

Do I need more than 4gb ram for 8 card rigs also? Can get 7 running, but says not enough resources when I put the 8th card in. Running win 7 pro 64. Thanks
