Price is very low at a moment so I don't think this is the good price to sell bitcoins especially if you have bought your coins at higher price so the best thing would be to hold your coins tight and wait for the price again to go higher in coming days and it it achieves $3000 price then would be the best price to sell bitcoins.

You are right but you must understand that some are worried about the possibility of a hard fork, if this is correct then some are willing to take the risk and lose some money now rather than to lose more money later if a hard fork does indeed happen and that lowers the price, I dont think we are going to suffer a hard fork but the possibility is there, unfortunately.
