After checking all the links above, am pretty sure that this is a real fraud but still waiting for denied confirmation from the DEV team and not from the Newbie manager.
Note that there is no slack channel as mentionned above in this thread.

I also doubt this project is correct, please confirm from top member or experience member and I think moderator must pause until there is convincing clarification.

I think the same thing, I'm not sure this project is real, if it is a project and bounty is right, I challenge the OP to use escrow to keep your money and make sure bounty participants will get the payment.
