Yes the experienced users of bitcoins will never get panic after seeing the downfall in the price right now and will hold their coins for the right time as everyone is aware that it has an ability to bounce back in future and holding them till the end of the year is the smart thing to do.

We already see how many time such things happen,and it will eventually amazed btc and alts user when it pumps. No more panic but enjoying the buying option for the next bounce that we all know will not be too long in waiting.
