Same here, couldnt withdraw all day. I just wish i could get withdrawing I will have to dump the exchange, the service is very bad now

From our side everything is ok.

my challenges are
1. other browsers dont load my balance
2. on firefox the withdrawal does not respond
3. on google that the withdrawal is responds i cant fill the bracket
4. all the phone browser app does not open the balance including the chrome

@liqui, please talk to the support team to solve this Ticket [#3848] about reset 2FA. last time they reply, 4days ago to provide data, and i already give the data,but till now nobody reply back. Its been 10days now. Shouldnt be take more than2 minutes to solve this right?? So please give some positive effort. Appreciated
