for now, i think no one will want to standing in a store, but after everything is run smooth, transaction will be fast and we only need to wait less than 5 second to completed transaction. i am sure that we don't see slow transaction after segwit or other maintenance for the network is completed so this could make transaction works fast without having waiting too long.

This^ and also even now we can use bitcoin for payments but not directly. If you have a bitcoin ATM in a shopping centre you can exchange your BTC for local money first and then go shopping. Takes 2 hours? Go see a movie during that time.
