They should pay the full agreed on amount of 300,000 mgo to participants, but instead have said they are diverting a sizable chunk into a pool for other uses by other people who did not participate in the signature campaign agreement.

what does it mean ? Is the distribution now over? There are a lot of people waiting for a prize How they were thinking about realizing it. ? I did not see such a ridiculous distribution process.
