Hi mastahofdesastah,
a couple of days ago I've sent an email to steamboat asking the same question.
In the OP Steamboat has said that we can choose any 3rd party assembler.

I am fine with giving group rate shipping for those that would like to have their chips shipped to a dev. In the event multiple ppl want to ship to burnin, I will package them all together and divide it by the number of chips bought per person to get the discounted shipping rate.

I haven't heard back from him yet.
