Coinmarketcap still shows 51M. If it's 71 that would put it right outside the top 10.

Yes - IOU's are available on the Chinese exchanges. Qtum has now released ERC20 tokens as a temporary solution until main net is launched in September. They are not listed on any exchanges at the moment.

The previous price pumped right before the testnet release. It will probably do the same before Mainnet release. Whether the price is able to sustain itself depends on whether it gets picked up by big exchanges and whether there are any big ICOs imo.
