They created 30 million NVST by mistake and sent 15 million to a burn address so there is effectively 15 million in circulation, although Counterparty Dex still thinks the whole 30 million is circulating.

YES they sent 15 million to a burn address but They didn't created 30 million NVST by mistake it was needed for their automated 50% of fee distribution in nvsx dividend system will work automatic so it was system requirement to do this
