hi, usually when an ico fails, it will lead to stopping the bounty as well as non issuing of payments for the participants.. also, when it fails, the team has two option to so. first, conduct a refund. second, is to continue the project along with the funds raised. but that is my opinion, lets still wait for the developer to say the word.

Ya.. we are waiting information from dev but untik now dev have not yet give us clarification. I dont know why.. i hope dev can give us clarification and solutions about this.
