How many people actually use the forum for that though? I mean, nobody gives a sh*t about what some newbie account says.
Same on Reddit, stupid posts simply get downvoted so nobody sees them.

The majority of people on this forum are here because of sig campaigns and to have a somewhat decent discussion about news that involves Bitcoin.

And most legit* newbies are here to get some help with basic things.

Some newbies have been into Bitcoin for a long time, but they have not stumbled onto this site yet. So some of them might talk some sense, if

you take the time to listen to them. A lot of people think forum activity/rank determine someone's status or level of knowledge and that is simply

not true. A lot of accounts are bought by newbies and you can see that when they post. Wink
