yes, I also contacted with them by skype.. but they offer final quotation from their email.. so, just make sure paid according to the details from their official email. then you won't be scammed...

somehow I am kind of man who perfer this communication way, not so formulaic, it is more friendly.. and I can do some negotiation with them Grin
