Don't make them pick a mistake like you do. You have a point that they must take a risk, but they are still young, if they will be risking their money, do you think they will be good with it? Also, young people nowadays loves instant, most of them loves automatic and they don't like to wait for a long period of time, so I think they must not risk in that age.
