I think the OP only needs this sim card for verification purpose only, you only need to insert the sim, send him the number which he will use at the website of his choice who will send codes to the number you sent to him, you will finally need to send him the code which he will need to confirm and complete his operations.

All i said is just a guess but you will need to update the thread if i am right.
