Dude, it doesnt matter if poloniex is usa based or not, as it does not accept fiat and only trades in bitcoi, people from all over the world trade there. Unless you show me statistics that volume in poloniex is significantly higher during the day time in USA. Also, market manipulation when you buy and sell in your own walls, that generates the volume. What it matters, that the actual order book is week.

But I say it again: STRAT is the 4th most traded crypto in Poloniex at the moment. It will soon be 3rd most traded one.
