I think we are going to reach an all time high above 4000 dollars per bitcoin but I think we are going to see a stable price of 3500, basically people are going to get very excited about segwit activation and then we are going to see a correction in the price.

opimistics! i love that style , we are all want a high price/value of bitcoin of course.

but just think about this, how could bitcoin get a lot of demands when we mostly use bitcoin as an investment only , without spend a single bitcoin in daily basis for the sake of helping bitcoin ecosystem grow up and become so precious more than jewelry/gold in the future?

It is obvious, when I said that bitcoin will reach a price of 4000 and then decrease to 3500 is because I think there is going to be an speculative bubble and then like always the whales are going to crash the market lower than that 3500 amount and then the price will finally stabilize around the 3500 mark.

I also think that the maximum price that can be in 2017 is 3500-4000 dollars. This is in case if there is no split and bitcoin will remain the only leader. If the split happens to me it is difficult to predict what the price will be

In the case of a split all bets are off, but I think bitcoin is going to survive without too much trouble after August 1 the problem is the planned fork the miners want, that could really be troublesome for bitcoin since many will get confused about which coin to support.
