1 - ? The cards will act as a cold wallet to store your bitcois / other cryptos . You can use it as well to receive your cryptos everywhere ( you just have to scan / copy the public address)

-Yes , the user encrypts his private key (BIP38) and the encrypted key will be added to the card . To decrypt the key, you need the associated passphrase ^^ .

I'm not the one creating the wallet .
Users will create the wallet https://walletgenerator.net/ here , then they will just provide me with the public key + encrypted private key (They are the only persons that can decrypt it) . Then I will just add their public and encrypted keys in the card.

Just it's not a connected a wallet, It doesn't come with an app , IT just store your cryptos in an offline mode so it ensures security
