It makes only a little sense to do Pre ICO with escrow.

And here is why:
1) Were collecting 300,000 USD and the money will be immediately spent. Escrow agent will either harm the development by delaying transfers or just give all the money and in this case why use the agent?
2) Its necessary to pay to the agent. If we were collecting 10,000,000 then there would be the opportunity to pay. But werere collecting only 300,000 and the money will be used exclusively for the development of the first version of the application ICO preparation. Any other expenses will only thwart the project.

Escrow is obviously necessary for the ICO.

Is there anyone you could advise?
