Yes bitcoin is very risky investment we do not know what will happen in the future but if you do not want to take a risk just full out your bitcoin in your wallet since there is a bad prediction on segwit only risk taker will hold the bitcoin and i am one of those users because i beleived in bitcoin.

its still depend in what will be the result of this segwit but for sure people hold bitcoin because they seen big potentials that this system will rise
after businessman and investors start to join the ride, people loves to to take risk are the one who gain big profits.
