It sounds to me like Ledger is having a problem with their back end server. I had an Ether transaction lost for 48 hours once until they got the backend working again.

Nope unfortunately not. I have tried restoring through the seed and restoring data but nothing has come through. It looks like the wallet address it went to isn't in my receiving addresses, but I have no idea how this happens.

Either:

1. The Coinbase iOS QR scanner was wrong
2. The Chrome Ledger app receive QR code was wrong

I can't think of any other explanation unless anybody has a wise ideas? I'll pay 0.2 BTC to whoever can help me if that helps as an incentive...
