Sure it is evident that people who are dumping the coins will regret in the future ,even if there is a split you will get those coins in the same ratio and there is nothing to worry because the price will increase after the forking.

But in either outcome, holding now is good because "The end of Bitcoin" predicted by some individuals is not going to happen.
