Possibly the tx has never been sent, you have it but the nodes don't. Have you checked the balances on an explorer? You shouldn't see it.
What you could do is, make your backups first and then after a full sync go to Wallet Repair and start a rescan and restart wallet.
Should fix it, but if that doesn't help try a recover transactions 1.

Checked the explorer for the transaction. Didn't find it. Tried both approaches you suggested. Didn't help. Thanks for the help though.

Check if the wallet is up to the block (or one ahead) like in http://lpool.name/explorer/DAS if not you are possibily on a wrong chain.
You could try deleting the blockchain and import the private keys on a new wallet and resync. After resync you should see your balance back

Apparently I'm one block ahead. Now I see the sent DAS but it still waits for confirmation. Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.
