Remember that its not like other crypto, if the xrb isn't pocketed yet then its an issue with your wallet not being in sync, it doesn't require others. The fact that your block is stuck suggests that you aren't in sync - perhaps restart your wallet and make sure you are in sync https://yapraiwallet.space/status

I've restarted my wallet and my PC numerous times in the past ten days. Not sure how I can get it to sync.

Thanks, first one worked but now I can't unlock my wallet. I made 100% sure I had unlocked it before backing up the seed.

To unlock wallet click lock and after unlock without insert any password. Message here if you succeeded or not. If not working try insert new password
