Why are promoting your site if it's not properly developed yet ? We know a lot of support ticket systems.We aren't talking about a pizza order here but expensive hardware.Be comfortable sharing your office/warehouse location and contact details because if you fail to deliver,customers should know where to get a hold of you.And if they business is legit,you wouldn't mind.
