I have been waiting for my money for more than 2 weeks ...

I sent 415 USD from MtGox (MtGox redeemable code) to Virwox. The process finished with status "Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange", but the money never arrived to my Virwox account.

This is the information of the order:

Yes, I received the auto-response, however I need to know when Bitinstant will resolve my problem. 13 days is too much.

I just raised this in our internal support chat and expect it to be resolved within the next 20 minutes or so.
