I am selling copies of this bot WITH the source code and compiled as an extension for 1 BTC. have you tested it with a yubikey?

No, but I'm not sure what you would need the Yubi Key for. As far as I'm aware, the API access is independent; for example, I am using One Time Passwords with an Authenticator and I have no problems running the bot.
