Everything is very clear until the end of the ICO, you need to write at least 15 posts . In terms of there is no division into weeks.

That's right, rules can't be manipulated freely after they're released here publicly.

Warning to the manager: I also see the manager is very unexperienced. Such changes will result in public compliants and in closing the bounty thread by the forum moderators.

So, the total requirement of this campaign have to be 15 posts until the end of ICO. Not 30 posts or so...
